Award-winning Merser seeks out the world’s finest rums, before blending them to bring out their individual characteristics in perfect harmony.

We choose rums of different ages from the Caribbean and South America before blending them together and resting the blend for a period of time in Scotch Whisky barrels. This allows us to create a rum which full of character and flavour for the modern discerning drinker.

Merser Signature is a blend of fine Caribbean rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic and Trinidad that have been aged up to 8 years , harmonised and rested for six weeks in Scotch Whisky barrels in London.
Hints of tropical fruits as well as butterscotch and an oaky sweetness, Merser Signature is elegant, distinctive with a wonderfully smooth finish.
Merser Signature was awarded Master, the highest accolade, at The Spirits Business Rum Awards 2022.

Multi-award-winning Merser Double Barrel brings together the finest Caribbean rums from Jamaica, Barbados and Dominican Republic, aged up to twelve years, before they are blended and rested for six months in Scotch Whisky barrels in London.
With a toasty oak character, hints of vanilla and soft woody spice, Double Barrel is sophisticated, complex and surprisingly dry.
