60ml Merser White
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml soda
10ml 2:1 sugar syrup
Mint leaf
Add the mint, rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup to a two-thirds full glass with crushed ice.
CHURN with bar spoon and fill glass with more crushed ice. Top with soda, stir and serve with a mint sprig to garnish.
